Your details

What we collect

When you book a treatment, we ask for your name and at least one way to reach you — usually mobile and/or email. We also keep the treatments you chose, date, time, and price at the time of booking.

Why we collect it

• To confirm your appointment and send reminders (when you provide an email)
• To contact you if plans change — by phone or text when needed
• To keep a simple record of your visits at the studio

Who can see it

Only Lissy and trusted staff who help run the studio can see customer details in the admin system. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact details for as long as you remain a customer, so we can recognise you on return visits and maintain your treatment history. If you would like your details removed, please contact Lissy directly.

Where it is stored

Details are stored securely in our booking system (hosted database services in regions appropriate for Australian businesses). Emails are sent through a dedicated email provider when you book with an email address.

Website usage

We use anonymous page-view analytics on the public website (via Vercel Web Analytics) to see which pages people visit — for example, how many people view the booking page. This does not use advertising cookies and does not identify you personally. Admin pages are not tracked.
